HAYA also allows you to book consultations with health professionals and make electronic payments for those consultations.

3. HAYA Is Not a Medical Service

HAYA provides general health information and guidance. It does not diagnose diseases, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatment. The information on HAYA is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or heard on HAYA.

4. Your Account

To use certain features of HAYA, you need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information safe and for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe someone else is using your account without your permission, please contact us immediately. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

When you use HAYA, you may choose to provide health information such as your age, gender, blood type, allergies, medications, and other details. This information is encrypted and stored securely. 6. Consultations and Payments

HAYA allows you to book consultations with health professionals listed on the platform. The consultation fee is set by the health professional, not by HAYA. Payments are processed through secure electronic payment systems. HAYA is not responsible for the quality of medical advice provided by individual health professionals. If you have a dispute with a health professional, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve it.

7. Health Providers and Facilities

Health providers and facilities listed on HAYA are responsible for the accuracy of their own profiles and the quality of their services. HAYA is working toward a verification system for medical professionals, but until that system is fully in place, we encourage you to verify the credentials of any health provider before seeking their services.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use HAYA only for its intended purpose of accessing health information and services. You must not use the platform to spread false information, harass other users, or engage in any activity that could harm the platform or its users. You must not attempt to access other users' accounts or personal information.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

HAYA provides health information to the best of its ability, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the platform. In an emergency, always call emergency services or go to the nearest health facility. HAYA is a tool to help you, but it is not a replacement for professional medical care.
