HAYA is designed to be simple. You do not need any technical knowledge to use it. Follow these steps to get started and make the most of the platform.
Create Your Account
Visit the HAYA landing page and tap 'Create Account.' You will be guided through a simple sign-up process. Once your account is created, you will be taken to set up your health profile.
Set Up Your Health Profile
Fill in your basic health information: your name, age, gender, blood type, weight, allergies, any chronic conditions, current medications, and your next of kin. This information is encrypted and never shared. Even HAYA does not have access to it. Having this information ready helps you and any health provider who may assist you.
Use HAYA Chat
Tap the chat button to describe how you are feeling. You can type your message or use voice input by tapping the microphone button. HAYA will provide general health guidance based on what you describe. You can also listen to the response using the speaker button if you prefer voice output.
Check Your Vital Signs with HAYA Vital
Visit the HAYA Vital section to learn about your body temperature, pulse, blood pressure, breathing rate, and oxygen saturation. You will see what is considered normal and when you should seek medical attention. If you have a home vital signs kit, you can use this section to understand your readings.
Find Health Providers on HAYA Direct
Use HAYA Direct to search for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, midwives, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, ambulance services, and emergency rooms. You can filter by type and location to find the help you need.
Learn First Aid
Visit the First Aid section to learn what to do in common health emergencies. Each guide explains the condition, what to do, what not to do, and when to seek medical help.
Get Help Through HAYA Help
If you or someone near you is in danger, go to HAYA Help. You will find emergency contact numbers, the option to call for help immediately, and guidance on what to do while waiting for help.
Stay Informed with HAYA Alerts
Check HAYA Alerts regularly to stay informed about disease outbreaks and public health updates in your area. This helps you take precautions and protect your family.
Book a Consultation
If you need to speak with a health professional, you can book a consultation through the platform. Browse available providers, choose one that fits your needs, and complete the booking. Payment can be made electronically.

Visit HAYA Safe to learn about hygiene practices, disease prevention, and how to stay healthy. Simple habits can make a big difference for you and your family.
